Hope & Healing Box

Over 12,000 medically fragile children die each year. The goal of Sadie-Jayne’s Light & Legacy Foundation is to provide Hope & Healing Boxes for families who have lost a medically fragile child. 

Our boxes are thoughtfully curated to support grieving siblings and parents with comfort items, grounding tools, creative outlets, and gentle resources that honor their child’s memory. 

We partner with hospitals, hospice teams, funeral homes, and community organizations to ensure families receive immediate compassionate support during their most fragile moments. Every kit is a reminder that their child’s light matters, their grief is seen, and they are not walking this path alone. 

Our boxes include:
